Users can request help on the road or access professional services such as plumbing, electrical work, mechanics, towing, EV charging, and more. The app enables communication and negotiation between customers and verified service providers.

- Personal Information: Name, phone number, email, and account details
- Location Data: Real-time (live) location to connect you with nearby helpers or service providers
- Usage Data: Requests, messages, bookings, and activity within the application
- Notification Data: To send alerts, updates, and request statuses
- Biometric Authentication Data: Face ID or fingerprint — used only for secure login on your device
3. How We Use Your Information
- Connect you with nearby verified helpers or service providers
- Enable in-app communication and price negotiation
- Provide emergency SOS and on-road assistance services
- Send notifications about request updates and service status
- Improve the performance and user experience of the application
- Enable secure login via biometric authentication (Face ID / Fingerprint)
- Process wallet charges, refunds, and payment history
4. Biometric Authentication
Fazzah Nashamah uses Face ID or fingerprint authentication to enhance account security and simplify the login process.
- Biometric data is not stored on our servers
- Authentication is handled securely by your device's operating system (iOS/Android)
- We only receive confirmation of a successful or failed authentication
5. Free and Paid Services
The app includes both free (SOS) and paid (marketplace) services. For paid services, customers and providers agree on pricing within the app. Fazzah Nashamah facilitates the transaction and may take appropriate action in cases of disputes, fraud, or misuse.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information only when necessary with:
- Service providers — to fulfill your service request (name, location, contact)
- Firebase (Google) — to operate authentication, database, and notifications
- Legal authorities — if required by Jordanian law

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure, using secure cloud infrastructure (Firebase/Google Cloud).

You can submit a deletion request at any time through the app (Settings → Delete Account) or by contacting us directly.
9. Location Usage
Your live location is used only to:
- Identify your current position
- Match you with nearby helpers or service providers
- Allow providers to navigate to your location
Location is active only when a service is requested or in progress.
10. Notifications
We use push notifications to:
- Inform you when your request is accepted or updated
- Notify you when a provider is on the way
- Send important service-related alerts and platform announcements
