By accessing or using the Fazzah Nashamah application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the application.
1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this application. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Platform Role
Fazzah Nashamah acts solely as an intermediary platform connecting users with service providers. The application does not directly provide services and is not responsible for the execution, quality, or outcome of any service performed.
5. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Engage in harassment, abuse, threats, or illegal activities
- Provide false or misleading information
- Attempt fraud or misuse of the platform
- Impersonate other users or providers
- Violate any applicable laws in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan
The application reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these rules without prior notice.
6. Wallet, Payments & Fees
- A minimum deposit of 5 JOD is required to activate the customer wallet
- A minimum balance of 3 JOD is required to create a paid service request
- A consultation fee is charged once the provider confirms arrival at the customer's location
- Consultation fees are non-refundable after the provider's arrival is confirmed
- All financial transactions are conducted within the application
- Online payment (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa) is coming soon — currently, payments are made via cash or in-app wallet
7. Pricing and Negotiation
Prices for services are determined through direct negotiation between the customer and the provider within the application. Fazzah Nashamah is not a party to any pricing agreement and is not responsible for disputes arising from agreed pricing.
8. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to case-by-case review
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once the provider confirms arrival
- Cancellations made before provider arrival: no cancellation fee
- Cancellations made after provider arrival: the consultation fee will be charged
- The platform may review disputes and issue refunds at its sole discretion
9. Provider Responsibilities
Service providers agree to:
- Provide accurate information about their skills, experience, and availability
- Behave professionally with all customers
- Maintain the minimum required wallet balance to receive bookings
- Not demand payments outside the application's agreed process
10. SOS (Free Emergency Services)
The SOS feature connects users with nearby volunteers offering free emergency assistance. Fazzah Nashamah does not guarantee the availability, response time, or outcome of any SOS request.
11. Data Protection & Privacy
The application processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, software, and materials within the application are the property of Fazzah Nashamah and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the application without written permission.
13. Disclaimer of Liability
The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Fazzah Nashamah is not liable for:
- The quality or outcome of services provided by providers
- Any disputes between customers and providers
- Any damages resulting from misuse of the application
- Technical interruptions, system errors, or data loss
14. Safety and Legal Enforcement
Any harassment, abuse, fraud, or illegal activity may result in:
- Immediate account suspension or permanent ban
- Legal action in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising from the use of the application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Amman (Palace of Justice), Jordan.
16. Modifications
Fazzah Nashamah reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the application after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
